Benfica talent Joao Felix is expecting to resolve his future after his international duties with Portugal have finished.
Following a 3-1 win over Switzerland with a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick, they will take on the Netherlands on Sunday for the chance to win the inaugural UEFA Nations League.
Felix has been linked with both Manchester City and Manchester United after an impressive season that saw the teenager bag 20 goals and 11 assists in a title race that went all the way to the final game.
Benfica’s club chief Domingos Soares de Oliveira has said that it is the club’s intention to get the full €120m release clause if the player is sold, although that does not appear to have ended interest.
Felix expects to confirm his plans for next season after Sunday’s final. “Right now my focus is on the national team,” the 19-year-old told Record . “Once the Nations League is over, I will resolve my future.”
