That’s the verdict from Portuguese journalist Sergio Krithinas of Record, who has talked about the star’s future as Benfica face a fight to keep him at the Estadio da Luz.
Felix fired 15 goals in 26 Primeira Liga matches this season and also registered seven assists.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Juventus are among the clubs understood to be interested in signing Felix.
But according to Krithinas, there is only one club in world football who are likely to land him this summer.
“There are some rumours in Portugal that some teams have already told Benfica they will come with the 120million euros,” he told journalist Duncan Castles.
“I think Man City seems the most likely right now.
“Guardiola has sent Txiki Begiristain to watch him before at several games.
“There was this meeting last week between Benfica’s president, super-agent Jorge Mendes and Ferran Soriano in London.
“So if I had to put my money on it, I would put my money on Man City.”
Fans who haven’t seen much of Felix this season got the chance to see him in action in the Nations League semi-final between Portugal and Switzerland.
But they would have been disappointed with what they saw from the 19-year-old, who panicked in front of goal on number of occasions.
“Benfica keep saying they want 120million euros for him,” Krithinas added.
“I thought that that figure was ridiculous and they would not get it, but now I have some doubts. I think that it may happen.
“But after the game [vs Switzerland] he said he would clarify his future after the Nations League, which we hope there is something to say on Sunday or Monday.
“Most of the top teams want him. Man City, Man United, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid want him.”
